The following table demonstrates how much your studio will earn running the program at $500 a month, per trainee.
(You may price the course according to your studio’s demographics.)
Classes meet for two and a quarter hours, twice a week – typically held on weekday evenings to allow working people to attend the course.
Number of Students Enrolled | Monthly Tuition | Gross Monthly Revenue | Hourly Revenue | Gross Revenue over 16 months |
---|---|---|---|---|
5 | $500 | $2,500 | $156 | $40,000 |
10 | $500 | $5,000 | $312 | $80,000 |
15 | $500 | $7,500 | $469 | $120,000 |
20 | $500 | $10,000 | $625 | $160,000 |
Your studio can reap additional profits by offering an accelerated program by running two sections at one time (Smooth and Rhythm 2, for example). The classes are held four nights a week instead of two; the trainees complete the course in eight months instead of sixteen, and your studio doubles its revenue. You will also have graduates ready to teach in your studio that much sooner.
For your most motivated trainees, and those who temporarily re-locate to your studio, there is the option of completing the entire course in 4 months. This is accomplished through a combination of the teacher training group classes and private lessons.
Details for the 8-month and 4-month programs are included in the Business Kit of the Curriculum.
